Todd Zody is the owner of Precision Wellness and holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Findlay. He is a Licensed Occupational Therapist, a certified Exercise Physiologist, and a Functional Aging Specialist with over a decade of personal training experience. Todd specializes in safe, personalized programs for adults 55+ and those managing chronic health conditions such as osteoporosis, arthritis, back pain, and joint replacements. He was the first to bring the Onero™ program to Ohio and among the first in the nation, offering a proven approach to improving bone health. Todd provides a supportive and effective training experience that helps clients build strength, stamina, balance, and bone density so they can stay active in the activities that matter most.

Patty holds a degree in Exercise Physiology from The Ohio State University and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. She brings valuable experience from Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians (COPC), where she led exercise programs aimed at preventing orthopedic surgery and improving overall strength and fitness. Patty also serves as a certified Stepping On Facilitator, continuing to lead balance programs at COPC. In addition, she has worked as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, using exercise to help injured workers recover, return to work, and regain their quality of life. Her dedication and comprehensive approach make her an excellent guide to help you improve strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility—so you can continue doing the things you need, want, and wish to do as you age.

Connor is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and ACSM Certified Personal Trainer with over eight years of experience in chiropractic, fitness, and physical rehabilitation. His background as a CrossFit coach adds to his unique skill set, allowing him to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and advanced fitness. Connor specializes in helping clients improve strength, stamina, balance, and overall health at any starting point. With a passion for working with older adults, he designs safe, effective programs tailored to those managing arthritis, osteoporosis, joint replacements, and pain in areas such as the back, shoulders, hips, and knees. His mission is to help clients stay active, maintain function, and continue participating in the moments and activities that matter most.

Kristen is an experienced Athletic Trainer, Health Coach, and dedicated wellness advocate with over 20 years of expertise in functional exercise. She holds a Master of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Kentucky and serves as the Lead Onero™ Coach at Precision Wellness. Kristen specializes in working with adults 55+ to improve strength, stamina, balance, and bone density. With a deep understanding of movement mechanics, injury prevention, recovery strategies, and personalized fitness programming, she is a trusted guide for clients with diverse goals and needs.
Her approach centers on discovering each individual’s motivation and setting SMART goals—focusing on what can be achieved today while building toward new milestones. With a passion for empowering others, Kristen encourages her clients to embrace their potential at any age or ability and create a healthier, more active future.
